Congratulations Arsenal for the winning against Udinese last night. Keep it up! Lets win over Liverpool this weekend. =) Still saddened by the transfer of Fabregas which would be followed by Nasri and Eboue, I am still keeping fragile hopes for this weakening team.
I hate the fact how I get bored easily but hey, its holiday!
I reread one of my favourite fairytales, Hansel and Gretel. It was said that this tale is originated from German, collected by the Grimm Brothers and published in 1812. Although this is one of the famous all-time favourite fairytales but at certain points I think it is not suitable for kids as it portrays violence - cannibalism and murder. But I think it is still wise to tell the story to little children so that they would understand how much dangerous is the world. "The sooner you know that, the better." That's quoted from Adam Sandler in his movie, Bedtime Stories.
That reminds me that I'm gonna have to reread Charles Dickens' Great Expectation too. I miss the story. The best thing about this book is that I always remember the very first line of the story that goes, "My name is Phillip Pirrip but as a young child, I couldn't say my name right so I called myself Pip." Whee~ A great story indeed that would teach us how to live life well and trust. =)
