I am back staying at home for at least two days (I hope). I had to come to school yesterday with my hoarse voice. I swear if I could sing Saleem's Juwita, I could've won a contest. But I think it would be better with a piece from Bryan Adams. LOL.
All my system was down yesterday. Voice down. Teaching mood off. Everything was turned off. Even my immune system was depressed. I was permitted to go back home as early as 1145 hrs.
Momme had to bring me to the clinic yesterday due to my rising temperature. The doctor ordered me to have a two days off from work because of my 38°c fever and laryngitis. She also told me not to talk for the whole two days, seriously, two days. So if I need to say something to my momme or sibs, she said, just SMS or write it on papers. LOL. SMS? Are you kidding me? Macam iklan DSTCom's Cash Bonanza. SMSing people in the house.
So, laryngitis it is? Pfft. I tried some home remedies which I managed to find through Google including some that the boyfie searched for me. At least my voice is back now although it still sounds hoarse. Just hoping that everything will be fine tomorrow so that I don't have to come to see the doctor again. =)
